Allergy Awareness &
Frequently Asked Questions

DO YOU MAKE PEANUT/NUT FREE ITEMS?

Yes we do! We provide many options that do not directly contain any nut products/ingredients.  We are NOT however, a nut-free bakery and therefore do have products that may contain or have been processed in a facility where peanuts and/or tree nuts (as well as other known allergens) may be present.  We do take precautions but always leave it up to the customer to decide what is most appropriate for their individual situation. Our 'No Nut' products are made in our kitchen where there could be cross contamination, and are not safe for someone with severe allergies or those that avoid nut products due to a medical condition.

DO YOU MAKE SUGAR-FREE ITEMS?

Yes we do! From cupcakes, to cakes, to flavored bread! Our 'Vegan' products are made in our kitchen where there could be cross contamination with dairy and gelatin.

HOW DO I STORE MY BAKED GOODS?

Fresh baked goods are best enjoyed in 3 to 5 days of pickup, when stored properly.

Unless otherwise specified, our desserts can be stored in the box it comes in or removed and placed in a sealed container at home. If regular desserts that do not need refrigeration are chilled, please allow the products to defrost at room temperature prior to consuming, about 30-60 minutes.

Edible images and fondant/gum paste work should not be refrigerated due to the chance of it perspiring, forming bubbles, or melting. Please keep this in mind when selecting flavors that must be refrigerated, or request a buttercream change to avoid the need for refrigeration.

We do recommend consuming our products fresh, however freezing our products are a good way to purchase now and serve later! Our products we've tested frozen are cupcakes, cakes, regular cookies, sugar cookies, macarons and brownies. Defrost all frozen items in the fridge for 1 day, then serve at room temperature the following day!
